Program Description
Event Details
This 5-week session is an active class, suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, with alternative postures for different fitness levels. The class can include standing poses, as well as strengthening exercises on the mat, easy inversions, core work, and seated stretches. Please bring a mat and a large towel or blanket. There is a $25 non-refundable fee due at registration. Registration begins 8/12 for Babylon patrons and 8/19 for non-Babylon patrons. Classes begin 9/12.
