Join instructor Debbie Krzyminski for this extended 8-week chair-based exercise program which covers strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Ropes and balls used for training will be provided; if you feel comfortable using your own free weights, please bring them. Please bring a bottle of water and wear clothing that you can comfortably move in. A non-refundable fee of $30 is due at registration. Registration for non-Babylon patrons begins 2/18.
