Looking to be more active? Join us for this 4-session Wellness Walk series at Argyle Lake Park with Certified Personal Trainer Athena Manzella. Walkers will meet at the library by 9:55am and walk over to the park together.

This 5-session all-levels class is focused on moving mindfully and with ease. Each session consists of standing, prone, and seated postures. The focus is on body awareness, strengthening, stretching, and the breath.

Learn to play American Mah Jongg following the National Mah Jongg League rules in this 6-session series with instructor Nancy Esposito.  Experience the excitement of learning this historic game that is now popular with adults of all ages!
