This 7-session all-levels class is focused on moving mindfully and with ease. Each session consists of standing, prone, and seated postures. The focus is on body awareness, strengthening, stretching, and the breath.

Join floral designer Cindy Gerard to make your own fresh flower arrangement. Learn the basics of floral design and create a beautiful  center piece perfect for spring.

This 5-week session is an active class, suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, with alternative postures for different fitness levels.
