We're ending National Library Week with a global tour via the most interesting libraries in the world. Some are haunted, some have rooms to stay, many of them are really quirky!

This 7-session all-levels class is focused on moving mindfully and with ease. Each session consists of standing, prone, and seated postures. The focus is on body awareness, strengthening, stretching, and the breath.
