Join local artist Kathy Reccardi as she teaches participants step-by-step how to paint a winter scene featuring a snowman and cardinal. No painting experience needed. A non-refundable $5.00 fee is due at registration. Registration for non-Babylon patron begins 12/15. This is an in-person program and take home kits are not available.
