Mercy Haven Information Table

Mercy Haven is part of a Medicaid initiative (1115 Waiver) that can provide enhanced services to eligible Medicaid members at no charge. Learn more about these enhanced services, which can include nutrition support and housing services. No registration necessary.  

Mercy Haven’s mission is to acknowledge the dignity and potential of people who are homeless, living with mental illness or living in poverty by providing housing, advocacy, education & life skills development. For forty years, Mercy Haven has provided temporary and permanent housing, as well as vital support services, to those in need across Long Island.
