Join Maria for a culinary journey into the heart of Mexican cuisine with Pozole, a beloved traditional stew. This hearty dish features tender hominy simmered in a rich broth—traditionally made with pork or chicken—and seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices. It's served with fresh toppings such as shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, diced onions, avocado, and a squeeze of lime. A non-refundable $5.00 fee is due at registration. Registration for non-Babylon patrons begins 8/18.
